Planks
I love planks for training my abdominal area, I do all the different varieties. I hold on my forearms, I hold on my hands and I do some side-planks.
A quick description of the hand plank is to get into position like you are going to do a push up (except you will not go down and you will not be moving). Tighten your abs and glutes and hold for a specified time.
