Is the 8 Minute Fat Busting Workout for you? Interested in burning fat as fast as possible in the least amount of time? If you answered yes or are even thinking about it, this workout is what you’ve been searching for. Eight exercises in as little as 8 minutes you can’t beat that.

Perform each exercise once for 1 minute. Try to take the least amount of rest between each exercise, and if you are really brave try going through the circuit twice for a 16 minute workout.

The exercises can be moved around in any order to create a new workout whenever you like.

Alternate Lunge - Alternate left and right sides
