    My Thoughts

    Hello I hope you had a safe and fun Halloween. It's time to deal with the aftermath of trick or treating. Save a little, eat a little and ditch the rest.

    On a more serious note I try to tell people I am in the healthy lifestyle business not the fitness business. Health is everything. Without it you are truly left with nothing.

    For example, you could be the most important person in your community. Without your health you could not do your job. As a matter of fact you could not function as parent or spouse either.

    What are you doing for your health this month? Take your time set small goals and aim to add something postive each week in your quest to start a healthy lifestyle. Good luck this week.
