If you are like me you may have times where you feel like you are falling off of the healthy eating and exercise wagon. I think it is fairly normal even for the most avid fitness buff. What you do when you fall off the wagon makes all the difference in the world. When it happens to me I make certain that I get right back on the wagon as quick as possible. One pound turns into two and so forth. Same thing with not exercising one day turns into two. Don't beat yourself up for failing, instead reward yourself for getting back on track. Next month we will talk about preventing yourself from falling off the wagon in the first place. Try incorporating some of the following tips while packing lunches in the morning:
Each week try to add in one more of the suggestions until you have a complete lunch box makeover.
Quick Workout Perform each exercise in a row for 20 reps. Take 60 seconds and repeat. Alternating Lunges Push Ups Floor Crunces Repeat this cycle until you either run out of energy or time.
