Travel and Exercise Don’t let a business trip or a vacation sabotage your brand new exercise habits. You can get in a complete workout with one small piece of equipment or you can do a body weight workout. Try out either of these two the next time you are away from home without a gym. Body weight only: Perform this as a circuit for 1 – 3 rounds.

Monthly Fit Tip Eating healthy takes practice. Before you go grocery shopping for the week plan out your foods. Separate them into categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The more you plan the better prepared you are to eat healthy for the week. |
