100 Calorie Snacks

100 calorie snacks are becoming a bigger part of everyday healthier eating. Gone are the days when an extra calorie didn’t matter or we neglected to look at a food label. In an effort to help with the obesity crisis many companies have started creating 100 calorie snack packs.

The problem this has created is with the snacks themselves. Many of them leave you still hungry or do not curb the sweet tooth. The solution – eat more than one pack, which takes you right back to a 200 or 300 calorie food choice.

The more obvious solution would be to make a better food choice. I have done the homework for you. Below you will find a list of snacks that are all around 100 calories or less. Enjoy them knowing that you will not only be eating something satisfying, it will be healthy as well.
